VocaLabs Enhances Service Offerings

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., April 16, 2003 - Vocal Laboratories, the pioneer of usability surveys for customer service, has created a new prototyping tool for VocaLabs surveys. The online capability allows clients to design, run and work through the survey process securely over the Internet. The process streamlines and reduces time and expense by identifying the survey requirements early in the design cycle and providing clients direct on-line access to their survey data.

With VocaLabs integrated prototyping technology, clients can now explore survey design at the very earliest stages of the survey definition cycle. Clients can view the survey while still in progress with faster access in evaluating the survey results.
