VocaLabs At SpeechTEK

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., August 14, 2003 - Vocal Laboratories, the pioneer of usability surveys for customer service, will be presenting and exhibiting at the SpeechTEK EXPO and Conference September 29 - October 2, 2003 at the New York Marriott Marquis.

The annual event brings together the needs of applications developers, Web designers and IT project managers interested in speech recognition, text-to-speech, speaker verification and the platforms and tools that support them.

Peter Leppik, CEO of VocaLabs will be presenting at 1:30 on October 1, 2003 on Speech and User Satisfaction. Mr. Leppik will be examining issues, identifying practices, and proposing advanced survey solutions directed at usability and customer satisfaction testing.
