VocaLabs Announces Real-Time On-Line Survey Results

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., January 16, 2003 - Vocal Laboratories, the pioneer of usability surveys for customer service, announced today real-time on-line survey access through its web-site. Accessing information while a survey is in progress is now only one click away for clients.

VocaLabs' on-line survey is fast, secure and easy for clients to use. The on-line capability in viewing survey results allows clients direct access to survey data as it comes in, faster access to survey data, ease of use in sharing information with people and the ability to share the information without having to replicate a CD.
