VocaLabs Crosses 15,000 Panelist Milestone
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., January 23, 2003 - Vocal Laboratories, the pioneer of usability surveys for customer service, announced today crossing the 15,000 panelist milestone. VocaLabs' panelists provide a source of unfiltered feedback and ideas for improvement about a company's customer service.

Surveys as large as several thousand panelists lead to more statistically accurate and reliable data. VocaLabs panelists participate in the survey process by completing a series of steps including completing on-line questionnaires and calling a client's customer service operation. Each VocaLabs panelist is assigned a unique PIN for each survey which allows correlation to panelist's questionnaire responses, demographic information and call recordings in testing a client's operation.
