The Customer Service Survey
Election Day
Mon - November 6, 2006 01:56 PM in
Tomorrow is election day in the United States, which is sort of the ultimate customer satisfaction survey:
1. It can be hard to convince people that their participation really makes a difference.
2. If you can get 50% participation, you're doing really well.
3. Nobody ever agrees on what the results mean.
And the most important difference between an election and a customer satisfaction survey:
1. If you score badly in a customer satisfaction survey, you get extra coaching. If you score badly in an election, you get fired.
