A Good Rant

Sometimes when you're frustrated, you just need a good rant.

Here's one from someone upset at the new speech recognition system at Rogers.

I have no idea if the customer service at Rogers is anything like what this person describes. One problem with reading stories like this is you don't know if this is a typical experience or if this is the one-in-a-thousand customers who have a bad experience with an otherwise good system.

But it sure makes an entertaining story.
