At Least I Admit I Have a Problem

People who know me occasionally accuse me of being an Apple bigot, a charge to which I cheerfully plead "guilty."

But just to prove that I'm not so much of a bigot as to be blind, I found a customer service horror story about Apple, to balance all the horror stories from Dell I've been writing about lately.

Well, maybe "horror story" is a bit too strong of a term, since everything seems to have been resolved, and with minimal loss of hair or gnashing of teeth. Call it an "irritation story."
