There's nothing like getting something off your chest. And when it comes to bad customer service, there's now an online forum just for complaining.
Paul English's Gethuman.com recently implemented online discussion boards, with a section dedicated to bad service.
No surprise that the section for bad service is quite a bit more popular than the section for good service.
