One Last Rant

One last rant before I head out on vacation.
This one is from Cathy Seipp, a self-described member of the "Right Wing Conspiracy," who complains--at length and in detail--about how the Verizon retail store is worse than the DMV. Naturally this causes her great cognitive dissonance, since, as a member of the Right Wing Conspiracy she believes that private enterprise is better than the government.
