Nightline, the Consumerist, and AOL

One of the messages we've been hammering hard lately is that the game has changed in customer service. The Internet has shifted the balance of power in favor of the consumer, and even one bad service experience can explode into a storm of bad PR.
If you still don't believe me, check out this video of a segment on Nightline (thanks to The Consumerist). Not only does it present our case nicely, it adds to the storm of bad publicity at AOL, Comcast, Dell, and others.
