Spam blocked!

One side-effect of our recent office move is that our company's IP address has changed.

For those not familiar, an IP address is to the Internet as a street address is to the post office: a universal code which tells the Internet where to route our data.

We discovered that our new IP address was blocked by att.net as a source of spam--evidently, at some point in the murky past AT&T (and apparently nobody else) decided that any e-mail originating from that address was automatically suspect. We assume this was a mistake, since as far as we know this address hasn't been used by anyone before us.

In researching the problem we stumbled on this article from a couple years ago. It looks like they've improved since then, but we're still waiting to see how long it will take to fix our problem.
