Disgruntled customers

Consumer frustration with service levels at PC manufacturers bubbled out again today in a blog entry at Information Week.

Apparently they're planning upcoming articles about customer service quality, and it's good to see the coverage. Customer service and tech support is often viewed as a cost center rather than an integral part of the product being sold--maybe this will help move some PC manufacturers to see the light.
