We spend a lot of time writing about the customer experience on this blog. And why not? That's our business.
But you know that's only half the picture. For the other half of the picture, we turn to the writings of the call center staff themselves, those hard-working individuals who try so hard to make sure all customers get good service in spite of themselves.
