A different approach to customer service

It's casual Friday, so here's something a little different.
Maris, a fellow Minnesotan, hires a guy to plow her driveway in the winter. Except that he has, well, a different approach to customer service:
"....some of you must think I plow for fun....do you need a bill in the mailbox everytime I plow? Or can you figure it out, that the lack of snow on your driveway was due in part to my service. Starting NOW, you don't pay me 2-3 weeks your cancelled. And, you can shovel it yourself."
