Giving Consumers a Voice

Buzz-o-Phone is a fascinating concept. There's a toll-free number anyone can call and say anything for up to two minutes.
The recordings make fascinating listening. Most of them have to do with consumer experiences, probably 2/3 positive and 1/3 relating negative experiences. This one about FedEx should be required listening for any call center manager trying to improve satisfaction.
