Today I took two calls about ten minutes apart about purchasing our SectorPulse report from last quarter. That, in itself, isn't so unusual. SectorPulse surveys customers of competing companies and ranks their customer service on a regular basis, so we get a fair amount of interest every time there's a new report.
The unusual thing was that both people calling me worked for the same company, and neither knew the other was calling (in fact, neither person had even heard of the other).
But here's the kicker: The company already had purchased the report! Neither person who called today had heard of the third person who called a couple weeks ago and actually bought the report.
So I sent them each a copy, and wished them luck. Maybe we'll introduce them to each other at some point.
