More trouble at Dell?

I almost hate to pass this along, since I've written about Dell so often that it feels like I'm picking on them.

Really, guys, it's nothing against Dell.

Anyway, according to this Ars Technica article, workers at one of Dell's sales call centers are filing a lawsuit claiming that they aren't getting paid properly.

Obviously I don't know anything about the merits of the lawsuit, but it joins a lengthy list of similar lawsuits against companies ranging from Wal-Mart to Electronic Arts.

I've never understood why these things are allowed to happen. There's nothing more corrosive than the feeling that you can't trust your employer to pay you what you're owed. How many companies claim that people are their most important asset?
