Okay, you survived another week, and so did I. I could write a long essay about how to validate the statistical randomness of a sampling technique, but I'm just not up to it today.
Instead, let me pass along this video clip about tech support, from NBC's Late Night. I don't know how old it is, but watch the agent's expression at the very end when the guy actually fixes a caller's problem.
