We published quarterly rankings of customer service at major banks and mobile phone companies. This quarter, Verizon Wireless came out on top in mobile phones, and Bank of America and PayPal tied for the honors among big financial services companies.
The really interesting question is what effect will the iPhone have on the mobile phone industry. The iPhone went on sale at the very end of our survey period, so any effect won't be visible until our next report. With millions of people supposedly switching carriers, there's bound to be some disruption.
