The Customer Service Survey
Well, Duh!

I'm usually wary of obviously self-service marketing surveys, since they're usually conducted to try to get a particular results and not fairly represent how people actually feel.
That said, I can't resist passing along this survey (sponsored by customer service analytics company Verint) which shows that, among other things, 90% of customers tell a friend about their bad service experiences.
The most remarkable thing about this survey is that they actually dared to call it "news."
[As an aside, I thought it was funny that the legal CYA language at the end of the press release is actually longer than the press release itself.]
