Is the customer always right?

That's the question you have to ask yourself when you read this blog entry, How to Deal With Abusive Customers.

The best part is the comments thread, where readers debate whether (a) the customer was actually abusive (or merely misunderstood); (b) whether the company's no-refunds policy is a wise idea; and (c) whether the anger and frustration was really worth the five bucks at issue.

I have my own opinions on these questions, but really, read it yourself and make up your own mind.
