I spend a lot of time writing about bad service customers receive from companies.
Anyone in the customer service business knows that this is just one side of the story: a (usually) small number of consumers can be difficult, deceitful, and criminal. So it's probably a good idea from time to time to turn the spotlight around and highlight some of the more outrageous stories of consumer behavior.
Acts of Gord is a fun collection of customer horror stories from one video game shop--a business which seems to attract more than its share of crazy customers.
