And the winner is....

Our website has now been updated to reflect our new tagline:

Better Surveys. Better Data. Better Decisions.

We chose this tagline because it reflects both what we do and the advantage our clients enjoy. We provide better surveys. Better surveys means you get better data. Better data leads to better decisions.

It also has a nice sound (although we nixed several versions which ended with "Better believe it." Too cheezy).

The runner-up, by the way, was The Science of Customer Service. I liked it because it says a lot about our approach: data-driven, methodical, and thorough. But in the end, the feedback we got was "too nerdy." As it happens, we are pretty nerdy here, but there's no reason to advertise that fact.
