Call Center Summit

Rick and I are at the Call Center Summit in Miami this week: I'm speaking on Tuesday, and moderating one of Wednesday's session tracks; and Rick is going to be manning our booth in the (small) exhibit hall.

We'll try to post updates as they warrant, but really, when we're not in session we'll probably be enjoying the pleasure of being outside without three inches of insulation between our skin and the air.
