The Customer Service Survey
Shhh, don't tell anyone

This hasn't been officially announced yet, but nor was I told that it's confidential. But since I have a hard time keeping it quiet, I might as well let you know.
I've been informed that VocaLabs' Express Feedback service has won a "Product of the Year" award from Call Center Magazine .
I know that the more cynical out there (yes, I'm talking to you, Walt) will assume that we bought and paid for this award. In truth, we didn't know this was coming until they called us to let us know. We've never even bought advertising in their magazine (though, to be fair, we have rented the smallest size booth at the ACCE trade show for a few years, and ACCE is owned by the same parent company as Call Center Magazine).
I'm pleased as punch about this. We're passionate about doing surveys here, and I think it shows in our approach to providing services which are uniquely able to provide our clients with reliable, actionable data. It's gratifying to see that others agree.
The award is supposed to be in the April issue (mailed in March), so watch for it. When the article is available online, I'll post a link.
