Details of VocaLabs Workshop

We haven't nailed everything down yet, but here are some of the tentative details:
The title of the workshop will be "Customer Service Surveys: Practical Techniques"
It will be the first or second week of May, 2007 in Bloomington, MN. This is only five minutes or so from the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport, and a long block from the Mall of America.
The price is (tentatively) $1,395, or $995 for early registration. We'll be capping the number of participants to make sure we can keep it interactive.
We're working on getting more information together including a web page and postcard. The goal is to have everything settled within a week, so that we can start promoting the workshop in earnest. In the meanwhile, if you want more information just let us know.
