Panel-Based Research

Our consumer panelists give us the unique ability to evaluate any customer service operation from the caller's perspective. Live agents, IVR, speech recognition, and prototypes can all be tested in a completely consistent fashion. This, combined with our rapid turnaround time, allows you to build caller satisfaction into every part of your operation. The result is quantifiably more satisfied callers. Results are correlated to each caller's demographic data and individual call recordings, allowing you to quickly discover not just how well you're doing, but why.

We supply all the data from your study in real-time through a secure web interface, allowing you to easily drill down on the results. Each individual call recording is correlated to individual survey answers, so you can see each caller's opinions and hear exactly what happened. We also provide raw results, for you to perform your own statistical analysis.

The typical panel-based study has 500 or more participants, and can often be completed in two weeks or less. Clients who subscribe to VocaLabs Professional have the ability to create and launch a study of any size at any time.

When only a quick snapshot is needed, we offer the One Hour Assessment, a scaled-down study which provides a minimum of 30 consumer calls and survey responses in an hour. Panel-based research is available as individual studies on a fixed-price basis for clients who have only a one-time need.

Our pool consists of tens of thousands of real people from across the United States and Canada and all walks of life. We can also use custom demographics or a client-supplied panel when that is appropriate.
