VocaLabs' One Hour Assessment provides a quick, cost-effective way to gather valuable insight into how live callers experience your call center or self-service system. We gather call recordings and survey results from dozens of callers in one hour, and provide the data to you in real time in our unique interactive drill-down format.

VocaLabs One Hour Assessment
A complete package with everything you need to get started right away, including:
- Professional Streamlined Study Design. VocaLabs will create a study for you, based on your particular customer service operation and the data you need to collect. The study will include one task which callers are asked to do, the standard block of VocaLabs assessment survey questions, plus up to five additional survey questions. A $1,500 value.
- Complete Study Setup and Archive Package. VocaLabs will set up and run your study for you from start to finish. No hardware or software is required at your end. We provide realtime access to study data, all call recordings, survey answers and caller demographics, comparison data to help put your performance in context, and final results on a permanent CD-ROM archive. A $1,500 value.
- Call Recordings Correlated to Survey Answers. VocaLabs will recruit study participants from our pool of consumer panelists, record each call, and match call recordings to survey answers to make it simple to go from "what happened" to "why." We will guarantee feedback from at least 30 people. We handle all communication and data collection with study participants, including paying them for their time. A $600-$2,600 value.
- One Hour Assessment Package: Total Value: $3,600-$5,600. Package Price: $3,495.
- Repeat a One Hour Assessment. If you need to repeat a study without changes, this economical option includes everything in the standard One Hour Assessment package except the study design. Total Value: $2,100-$4,100. Package Price: $1,495.
VocaLabs Two Hour Assessment
If you need feedback from more people, we offer a Two Hour Assessment. This package includes everything in the One Hour Assessment, but with at least 60 study participants over two hours.
- Two Hour Assessment Package: Total Value: $4,200-$8,200. Package Price: $4,495.
- Repeat a Two Hour Assessment. If you need to repeat a study without changes, this economical option includes everything in the standard Two Hour Assessment package except the study design. Total Value: $2,700-$5,200. Package Price: $2,495.
VocaLabs Professional
If you are a Voice User Interface or IVR designer, need ongoing quality monitoring, or want to combine One Hour Assessments with larger studies, we offer VocaLabs Professional. This subscription service allows you to buy a bucket of VocaLabs research in advance for between $6.50 and $12.00 per study participant, depending on volume. VocaLabs Professional subscribers also have the option of designing their own studies for additional savings.
