How This Data is Collected
Scores for each company are based on consumer surveys collected immediately after a tech support call. Consumers participate by calling the VocaLabs phone number instead of the company's direct technical support number. The support call is forwarded to the company, and shortly after the end of the call, a VocaLabs interviewer calls the customer back.
How You Can Participate
Being part of our survey is free and easy! If you're a customer of one of the companies and need to call technical support, just use our toll-free number instead of calling the company directly.
If we select you for the survey, we'll call you within an hour after you hang up with a short two-minute survey.
