How This Data is Collected

Scores for each company are based on consumer surveys collected immediately after a customer call. Consumers participate by calling the VocaLabs phone number instead of the company's direct technical support number. The support call is forwarded to the company, and shortly after the end of the call, a VocaLabs interviewer calls the customer back.

How You Can Participate

Being part of our survey is free and easy! If you're a customer of one of the companies we track, just use our toll-free number instead of calling the company directly.

If we select you for the survey, we'll call you within an hour after you hang up with a short five-minute survey.
